New-C-Land supports the PhytoSUDOE projects for the REGIOSTARS Awards 2019
Every year, the European Commission awards those EU-funded projects, which demonstrate excellence and new approaches in regional development with the REGIOSTARS Awards. With the goal of inspiring other regions and project managers across Europe, participating projects are in the spotlight of communication activities at European level.

This project (2016-2018) demonstrated the feasibility of green options in the remediation of soil pollutions. Indeed, using plants and associated microbes can alleviate the negative effects and risks of soil pollution while providing economic, environmental and aesthetic benefits (contaminated soil phytomanagement).
